Show your support for better and greener transportation for Pinellas and all of the Tampa Bay area!
Imagine a 21st century transit infrastructure for Tampa Bay. Light rail connecting downtown areas -- Clearwater to St. Petersburg. Tampa International Airport. Downtown Tampa. Frequent, fast and reliable bus service. Safer streets and sidewalks for everyone, especially our kids.
The Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) will vote January 23 on whether to move forward with plans for new comprehensive mass transit system. Polls show most Pinellas residents want to see this happen. But a handful of naysayers are determined to stop the project -- before the public can have a say.
This meeting is critical to the future of transit not only in Pinellas but in Hillsborough and the whole region. Will you come and show your support?
