Spring for the New Hampshire Chapter!
You have made an incredible difference for the environment in 2014 both in New Hampshire and around the country…Thank YOU!
Your generous support of the New Hampshire Sierra Club has helped protect the air we breathe and the special places that make New Hampshire such a special place. Here at home, the stresses on our environment are growing - especially with climate disruption.
With your help we can fight for a clean energy future for New Hampshire and shift away from the polluting fossil fuels. We will continue to take action on climate. The New Hampshire Chapter will defend continuation and expansion of energy saving programs, AND will oppose efforts to repeal Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard, and successful energy efficiency programs.
It is up to those of us who love New Hampshire to lead to preserve our precious natural resources. Please give a donation today to help continue the progress you are making possible.
Thank you for all that you do to protect the environment,
New Hampshire Chapter Director

Join the Fundraising Committee!
The New Hampshire Sierra Club is excited to announce that the Fundraising Committee has some volunteer openings available! This is a volunteer position that requires about 4-6 hours a month to help meet fundraising deadlines and goals. If you are uncomfortable directly asking for money, don’t worry, there is much more that this committee does. WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Volunteering is a great way to learn new skills, create strong ties with each other, and help build a movement to save the planet.
What does the Fundraising Committee do?
- Provides input to our fundraising letters
- Organizes fundraising events and socials
- Coordinates with NH retail stores to have them sell Sierra Club merchandise
- Write in the e-newsletter
- AND MUCH MORE FUN STUFF!
Who can help?
- Folks with great people skills willing to go out and talk to members, public and staff
- Good writers who want to help "sell" the Sierra Club
- Number crunchers, data dorks and the computer savvy
- People who like planning events
- Individuals who are organized, dedicated, and open to new ideas
Over the past several years, the Fundraising Committee has been successful in raising the level of support from our members but we are looking to grow!
