November 8 -- Speak out for California's Coast!
Located along Mendocino County's coast, the 1,132 acres of Point Arena - Stornetta Public Lands offer breathtaking scenic views, wind-sculpted cypress stands, wildflower meadows, and shifting sand dunes.
This Friday, U.S. Secretary of the Interior Sally Jewell will be in Point Arena to discuss Stornetta's future. Sierra Club and our allies are working to make it a part of the California Coastal National Monument, which would ensure that Stornetta's views and natural treasures are protected permanently.
