New Report: Stop Shredding the Fish
Today, the Sierra Club released a new report detailing the damage from outdated once-through cooling systems used by power plants around the U.S.: Giant Fish Blenders: How Power Plants Kill Fish & Damage Our Waterways (And What Can Be Done to Stop Them). The Sierra Club just released CAFE: Truth Behind the Testing, a new report that outlines the need to revamp the arcane testing procedures used for estimating fuel efficiency standards and close the gap between the numbers used for standards and real world mileage. |
