Protect Alaska from Dirty Coal Mining!

The state of Alaska wants to lease more of our public lands for coal -- nearly 20 square miles in the Susitna drainage, near Skwentna and the Iditarod Trail. Alaska is already feeling the disproportionate effects of climate change, yet the State of Alaska continues to turn a blind eye to the causes of climate disruption and is planning--yet again--to offer more coal to be developed just to feed booming Asian economies.

Please take moment to send a message to the Department of Natural Resources that more coal leases are not in the best interest of Alaskans.
