Tell Puget Sound Energy it's time for a coal-free Washington!

Burning coal is our country’s biggest contribution to climate disruption.

It is a dangerous and increasingly expensive fuel source. Puget Sound Energy, the largest utility in Washington, gets over 30% of their power from coal.  Governor Inslee recently laid out his climate plan for our state - and transitioning away from coal was identified as a high priority.

Replacing coal with clean energy is one of the biggest steps we can take to reduce pollution and carbon emissions, and create new Washington jobs. The fact that Puget Sound Energy still gets 30% of its electricity from out-of-state coal power is unacceptable.

Send a message to Puget Sound Energy’s CEO Kimberly Harris today telling her that it’s time for a coal-free Washington.
