Keep Coal Exports out of Eastern Washington

Currently, there are three proposed coal export projects in Washington and Oregon that would send more than 100 million tons of coal through our communities.

Eastern Washington is especially vulnerable, since all proposed coal export facilities would use the rail lines that run near our homes, schools, hospitals, businesses, and across our roads.

One of the proposed facilities at the Port of Morrow in Boardman Oregon is moving through the permitting process quickly. With your help we can ensure this project gets stopped in its tracks.

Send a message to Governor Inslee today urging him to work with Oregon Governor Kitzhaber to make sure Washington’s health and environmental impacts are taken into account during this permitting process.
