Tell Congress to put the brakes on fracked gas exports

Despite overwhelming public opposition to the proposed Dominion Cove Point liquiefied natural gas export facility on the Chesapeake Bay, the Calvert County Commission joined the ranks of agencies and local bodies of government who are fast-tracking this dirty and dangerous facility.

There are too many unanswered questions about the real impacts of exporting fracked gas from Cove Point on our communities, air, water and Chesapeake Bay. We need our members of Congress to put a stop to this fast-tracking and demand a full environmental impact study of the proposed facility be completed.

Send your message today. Tell Senators Cardin and Mikulski and your representative to help put the brakes on natural gas exports from Cove Point.
